On behalf of our client, a reputable travel agency based in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Travel Consultant to join their Corporate Travel team. Role Overview:
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing the travel requirements of a portfolio of corporate clients, providing professional advice and delivering tailored travel solutions that meet clients' business needs. The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensure the efficient handling of reservations and itinerary changes, and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
KeyResponsibilities:
· Managing business travel arrangements for corporate clients.
· Booking domestic and international flights,hotels, car rentals and other travel-related services.
· Preparing detailed travel itineraries tailored to clients' requirements.
· Issuing, reissuing and amending airline tickets and travel reservations.
· Advising clients on the most suitable travel options, schedules and fares.
· Assisting clients with travel changes, cancellations and unexpected disruptions.
· Processing reservations and travel transactions through the Amadeus Travel System.
· Maintaining accurate client records and travel documentation.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients through exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Desirable Skills:
· 2 - 4 years of experience in Corporate Travel, Business Travel or a similar Travel Consultant role.
· Excellent knowledge of airline reservation procedures and corporate travel services.
· Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple client requests.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
