On behalf of our client, a leading cloud-based technology solutions provider based in Limassol, offering Business Technology Applications and Digital Marketing services, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Consultant (Technology). This role is suited to a commercially minded professional with an interest in business software and digital solutions, capable of supporting the sales cycle, engaging with clients, and contributing to the delivery of technology-driven solutions across a diverse client base.
Role Overview
The Sales Consultant (Technology) position requires a professional with strong communication and presentation skills, good understanding of business systems ,and a proactive approach to client engagement. The successful candidate will support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, collaborate with vendors and internal teams to prepare tailored solutions, and participate in implementation and post-sales processes. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, while developing technical and commercial expertise within a fast-evolving digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver product pre-sales demonstrations and support the overall sales cycle
· Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure quotations align with customer requirements
· Participate in the implementation process of solutions
· Monitor post-sales customer satisfaction and recommend improvements
Requirements and Desirable Skills
· Degree in Business, Internet Studies, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Digital Media, AI or other related fields
· Understanding of business software solutions (e.g. CRM, HR systems, AI tools, and other business applications)
· Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
· Previous experience in a similar Sales or Marketing position or experience with business software like SoftOne, CRM systems, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy systems, Payroll software, or other business software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho) will be considered an advantage and may be rewarded with additional salary and bonus.
