On behalf of our client, a reputable professional services network, we are seeking to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate Lawyer with strong real estate experience to be based at their Limassol office. Experience in immigration law will be considered an advantage. This role is suited to a motivated legal professional who can support a diverse portfolio of clients, manage real estate matters, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services within a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Role Overview
The Associate / Senior Associate Lawyer position requires a professional with strong legal acumen and attention to detail, supporting real estate matters across Cyprus, with immigration matters where relevant. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of client matters, ensuring efficient case progression, and a high standard of service delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to client advisory, support transaction execution, and play a key role in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, while upholding the firm’s quality standards and overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide legal support in real estate matters, with immigration matters where relevant
· Manage and monitor ongoing cases to ensure timely and efficient completion
· Liaise with clients, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders
· Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including sale agreements, rental and management agreements, powers of attorney, and related documentation
· Prepare and submit applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities
· Represent clients before the Land Registry Offices and other governmental authorities across Cyprus
· Assist with immigration matters, including residence permits, family reunification, permanent residency, and citizenship applications, where required
· Provide continuous updates and professional guidance to clients throughout each stage of the process
Requirements and Desirable Skills
· LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws)
· LL.M. (Master of Laws) or relevant specialization in Real Estate or related field will be considered an advantage
· Member of the Cyprus BarAssociation
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate law. Experience in immigration law will be considered an advantage
· Strong drafting, organisational, and analytical skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office software)
