Marketing Manager

Overview

On behalf of our client, a leading academic institution with a strong reputation for educational excellence and innovation, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Commercial Director.

 

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the institution’s marketing strategy to strengthen its brand, attract prospective students, and enhance community and alumni engagement. The role will involve leading both digital and traditional marketing activities, building strong partnerships with schools and educational networks, and ensuring alignment with the institution’s vision. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to position the institution as a premier choice for students locally and internationally.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive student recruitment, enrolments, and brand visibility.

·      Manage all digital marketing channels, including the institution’s website, social media, SEO/SEM, and targeted email campaigns.

·      Produce high-quality marketing and promotional content, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, videos, and event collateral.

·      Organise and promote open days, academic fairs, outreach initiatives, and alumni engagement events.

·      Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, schools, and key community stakeholders.

·      Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing leadership with actionable, data-driven insights.

·      Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and materials.

·      Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to promote programmes, achievements, and institutional initiatives.

·      Keep informed of trends in education, student recruitment, and competitor activity, proposing innovative approaches.

 

Requirements and Desirable Skills:

·      Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

·      A Master’s degree in Marketing will be considered an advantage.

·      Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within education or professional services.

·      Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.

·      Proven track record in campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and event promotion will be considered an advantage.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.

·      Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
