Overview

On behalf of our client, a well-established Forex and Investment Services provider based in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Dealer to join their team.

Role Overview:

This role is suited for candidates with initial hands-on experience within a dealing desk environment who are looking to advance their career within a CFD brokerage. The successful candidate will work with senior dealers, outsourced providers, and internal departments to support core dealing operations, reporting, and on going projects.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee trading activity on platforms and support day-to-day operations.

·       Monitor the Company’s market risk exposure and execute trades in line with the risk management policy.

·       Analyze client trading activity and identify abusive trading behavior.

·       Support client-facing teams by resolving trading-related inquiries.

·       Collaborate with internal teams and liquidity providers to ensure high‑quality service and competitive trading conditions across platforms.

·       Prepare reports for senior management and maintain internal documentation.

·       Stay updated on financial markets, economic news, and events that may impact trading activities.

Requirements and Desirable Skills

·       Minimum six months of experience in a Trading, System Administrator or Reconciliation role within a CIF.

·       BSc or MSc in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.

·       Familiarity with financial markets and trading technology (Client-Facing Platforms, Monitoring Tools, Bridges).

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·       Willingness to work rotating morning and evening shifts.

·       Familiarity with the regulatory landscape impacting CFD trading.
