On behalf of our client, a reputable professional services organisation based in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Communications and PR Manager to join their growing team. This role is suited to a driven professional who can manage content, strengthen brand positioning, propose and support strategic business development initiatives, and coordinate high-quality events that enhance market presence and organisational visibility.
Role Overview
The Corporate Communications and PR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s communications, marketing, networking, and client acquisition strategy. The position requires a professional with strong writing and editorial capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into clear messaging, impactful content and effective market engagement.
The successful candidate will lead content and communications initiatives, oversee marketing and brand consistency, propose and support business development efforts, and coordinate internal and external events. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, contributing directly to visibility, reputation and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communications & Content Strategy
· Lead the writing, editing and proofreading of all communications at both local and international level.
· Act as primary content writer for the organisation’s website and social media posts.
· Assist with drafting and tailoring content for RFPs and proposals in line with client-specific requirements.
2. Marketing & Brand Management
· Write, produce and oversee the design of all marketing material (digital and print).
· Manage and enhance the organisation’s brand identity and market positioning.
· Manage submissions for industry directories, industry rankings and relevant awards, ensuring accuracy, quality and alignment with the organisation’s positioning.
· Identify, plan and implement CSR initiatives aligned with the organisation’s values.
3. Business Development
· Help identify, propose, plan and support senior leadership in strategic business development efforts.
· Develop networking and referral strategies.
· Represent the organisation at local and international conferences, meetings and events.
4. Events Management
· Plan, produce and host organisation-wide internal and external events.
· Plan event programmes, coordinate speakers and manage logistics.
· Ensure effective post-event media and social media coverage.
5. Operations Reporting
· Maintain and organise records, content libraries, and reporting trackers, supporting management with status updates, performance insights, and operational follow-up on communications, marketing, and business development initiatives.
Requirements and Desirable Skills
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
· A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
· A minimum of 5 years experience in communications, marketing, content creation, branding, project management or business development roles within a corporate environment.
· A proven track record of leading and executing strategic communications and marketing initiatives with measurable impact on brand awareness, client engagement and business growth.
· Proven experience in planning, organising, and executing corporate events, client engagement activities and brand-building initiatives.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and high-quality content in both Greek and English.
· Experience in managing websites, social media platforms, and digital content.
· Ability to translate strategic priorities into effective communications and marketing initiatives.
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
· Commercial awareness and the ability to support business development and networking initiatives.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
